Current problems:

08:32 Users will currently be unable to send email, getting a 'recipient does not exist' error message.

All other systems currently working normally.

14:27 We're experiencing an issue affected Email which we are investigating. Users may experience slow logins, or an inability to log in, along with possible delays in email delivery.

15:06 We're working to restore service for all users. At this time about 14% of users on the Cluster are unable to login via webmail, IMAP or POP. Approximately 37% of users on the cluster will see delays in mail delivery but will be able to login as usual. The remaining 63% of users may experience occasional slowness, but are otherwise fully online.

15:28 All users on the Cluster are now able to log in via webmail, IMAP or POP. The same 37% of users (as noted in the previous update) may still notice mail delivery delays.

18:02 All users continue to have access to their mailboxes via webmail, IMAP and POP. Delivery of mail may still be delayed for some users.

20:01 All queued mail has now been delivered through to user mailboxes and users will no longer experience any delays in mail delivery.

08:30 Routing problems at a major UK infrastructure provider are affecting routing to a large number of UK servers from some UK networks (such as BT). Some of our websites are affected by this - some websites can not be accessed if you are connecting via an affected ISP. Our email services are completely unaffected. We do not intend to take any action to alleviate the situation and are waiting for the providers to fix the problem.

08:00 Mailbox access now resolved. Inbound mail is still queuing on email system, so there may be delays to receipt of inbound email.
