Setting up an online shop

This is a checklist for what you need to do to create an online shop with us.

1) Terms and Conditions

You need to decide various Terms and Conditions, policies and procedures:

  • Terms and Conditions of Sale

  • Refund Policy

  • Postage Rates

  • Acceptable Delivery Destinations (e.g. UK, Europe or Worldwide)

  • Privacy Policy

  • How to handle out of stock situations

  • Do you want to handle multiple currencies

You will need this information for the next step.

2) Payment Service Provider.

You need an account with our Payment Service Provider. This enables you to collect money online, or over the phone, via credit/debit card. You apply for an an account and if accepted will be made an offer for the transaction processing rates and fees, etc. Monies are deposited directly into your existing bank account. Terms and Conditions apply and, if accepted, you will be forwarded details of these with the offer. You can apply for an account here.

3) We Design and Build your Shop

Our shop has certain standard features. Please check with us first if you require any bespoke features.
