Bandwidth options

If we are driving visitors to your site then we will make sure that the hosting service matches the footfall of visitors. Otherwise you need to bear in mind how you will be driving visitors to your site. We offer two hosting options, which we call 'High Bandwidth' or 'Low Bandwidth'.

Low bandwidth offers a similar service to most shared hosting providers, and limits throughput to ensure other sites on the server are not impacted by high levels of usage of your site.

High bandwidth offers an unfettered connection which is basically limited only by the hardware constraints (100Mbit shared channel, multiple network providers, Fair use policy applies), and is covered by our SLA.

Since we provide the complete service channel - from the onsite software to the platform it runs on we are in a fairly unique position of being able to ensure consistent performance of your website. Most companies will use software from a variety of sources and providers and purchase hosting from someone else. In the event of poor performance then the software developers can blame it on inadequacies of the hosting and the hosting providers can blame it on inefficiencies of the software.
